- Independent practice of skill or strategy while teacher conferences 1 on 1 or in small groups

Our class uses the Center for the Collaborative Classroom workshop model for writing instruction. Link to CCC Article. Students will draft, revise, edit, and publish a minimum of one completed piece of writing in each genre.
